You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

How you will contribute

  1. Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  2. Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  3. Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  4. Report on activities.

  1. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  2. Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG.
  5. Perseverance and attention to details.

More about this role

  1. Visit the assigned customer Points of Sale with the agreed frequency.
  2. Improve the visibility of our brands and optimize the assortment.
  3. Ensure product replenishment and the setup of promotions and displays.
  4. Daily activity reporting, communicate and resolve any issues detected at the Point of Sale.

Job specific requirements:

  1. Residence close to Costa Blanca and Marina Alta (Benidorm, Denia, Xávea) is essential.
  2. Driving license required.
  3. Commercial experience valued.
  4. English level valued.
  5. Leadership skills.
  6. Autonomy and dynamism.
  7. Commercial skills and negotiation ability.
  8. Action-oriented and goal-oriented.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

No Relocation support available.
