We Are Now Looking For a Go-to-Market Leader To Join Our Team And Support Our Ventures In Their Journey To Product-Market-Fit And Beyond. You Will Spend Most Of Your Time Getting Your Hands Dirty, Sharing The Journey With The Best Founders In The Trenches And Helping The Setting-up The Right Growth Engine.
As a Go-to-Market Leader at Antai, you’ll be responsible for:
- Working along Antai’s Product, Tech and Venture Development teams in validating business ideas.
- Generating key insights about our target customer in the customer development phase.
- Helping our portfolio ventures, across different growth stages (from launching to Series A) in creating, validating, and fine-tuning their go-to market strategy and setting the right KPIs to measure it.
- Helping our portfolio ventures in improving their retention tactics and optimising budget allocation.
- Testing various acquisition channels, traditional and non-traditional, to find the most effective marketing mix when operating with limited resources.
- Analyze and present data, results, methods, and consumer feedback in appropriate written and oral form to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Supporting the founders of our ventures at the time of building their growth, marketing and sales teams from scratch.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in startup business development teams on their way to Product Market Fit.
- Experience setting-up ad campaigns in Google, Meta, TikTok, and other online platforms.
- Experience working with AI tools to create, develop and optimize different growth activities.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions in both B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Experience working with different CRMs and other marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Work with the AARRR framework (Acquisition – Activation – Revenue – Retention – Referral) and be able to create viral growth through loops of key campaigns and messaging.
- Very data-driven and able to build storytelling around data.
- Go-getter attitude with a bias for action.
- Being scrappy, creative, and humble with a growth-mindset.
- Ability to prioritise work and move from seeing the tree to seeing the forest and vice-versa.
- Early-stage lean startup experience with an understanding of lean principles is a strong plus.
- Practical SEO experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
