About us: Europe Language Jobs is a fast-growing job board that is looking to hire someone to be part of the international Sales Department, in Acquisition Team as a Sales Representative, to acquire new clients! We have a very dynamic team and are always open to new ideas and possibilities. Europe Language Jobs currently provides service to candidates and companies throughout Europe, operating in 48 countries and over 33 languages.

These are the tasks you'd be managing:

  1. Acquisition of new clients
  2. Discussing the needs of your clients
  3. Identifying sales opportunities and closing (customized) deals
  4. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling in order to increase revenues
  5. Building a network on LinkedIn
  6. Promoting the activities of ELJ on LinkedIn
  7. Analyzing goals and strategy with the team
  8. Making outbound calls to follow up on clients' demands
  9. Encouraging your clients to post their job offers
  10. Advising your clients on how to use ELJ

REQUIREMENTS

Languages: Proficiency level of English and Portuguese.

Experience: Proven sales experience.

Skills:

  1. You are a friendly and positive team player and willing to work in an international environment.
  2. You are proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated.
  3. You are results-driven.
  4. You want to develop a career in business.
  5. You have previous relevant experience in sales/account management (customer service, shop, etc.), you are not afraid to pick up the phone, and you are results-driven.
  6. You are passionate about online business and the recruitment industry.
  7. You are able to identify customer needs.
  8. You have excellent listening and communication skills.
  9. You are curious and able to multitask.

OFFER

Working on a fast-growing company.

Working hours: from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30, with 30 mins lunch, and finishing at 17:00.
