Global Value Proposition Product Approval Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all documentation in the Product Approval Process (PAP)
• Deliver PAPs for various lines of business to support our product portfolio management and innovation
• Define and manage the PAP planning process
• Ensure all products comply with internal policies and standards
• Coordinate with central teams to manage the entire PAP validation process
• Collaborate with internal experts in Pricing, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to prepare and submit necessary PAP documentation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies
• Work closely with product development teams to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement regulatory, pricing, underwriting, and customer value initiatives
• Develop project plans and timelines to track progress and report to senior management on milestones and deliverables
• Support other areas within the Global Value Proposition as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Good understanding of insurance regulations
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various functions
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (like French or Spanish) is a strong plus
