Takes full responsibility for global spend within the assigned global baskets within Capital Investment Category (Procurement of production plant / office construction, production equipment and engineering services)
Reports to Global Procurement Capital Investment Category Team Lead (CTL)
Develop strategies for the global spend / basket assigned (together with CTL & regions)
Build in depth know how and expertise on the basket and its entire value chain and documents it
Manage & execute global sourcing projects within the basket
Drive global and cross-regional tenders and contracting
Define and manage global supplier portfolio and strategic supplier relationship
Establish strong relationships with key global basket stakeholders to drive projects, cost efficiency and innovation initiatives
Support regions in strategic questions and on escalations with global suppliers
Share basket expertise with regional teams
Support regional teams in regional projects & negotiations
Maintain close contact & ensures regular interaction with CTL & regions
