Compliance Manager EU Regulatory (m / f / d) Your mission

• Manage overall strategic and tactical organization of contractual and regulatory compliance requirements for PV.
• Monitor the current policies and systems in place and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory laws.
• Learn, unlearn, and relearn the dynamically changing ecosystem of compliance and regulatory laws of the region.
• Report to and liaise with the senior compliance manager and make decisions based on their guidance.
• Curate and maintain control systems to identify and handle rule violations.
• Take timely actions to ensure compliance with European laws and internal policies of the company.
• Prepare reports and documentation on potential compliance risks as a compliance risk manager.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or similar.
• Previous experience in the solar or PV component sector, with proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
