To provide all administrative and operational support for leasing operations on a global scale.
This position is based in our brand-new office in beautiful Barcelona, Eixample.
Your responsibilities will be:
Processing in ERP the lease operations such as Contracts, Certificates of Acceptance, Calculations, Invoice Preparation, Lease Completion Management, etc. effectively, and according to internally defined processes.
Administration and adherence to customer and region-specific procedures within internally agreed service levels.
Comply with company standards and local regulations at each stage of the process.
Verify the integrity and profitability of lease operations.
Consult and support the different areas related to operations on clarifications.
Proactive engagement and coordination with customer-focused roles including, but not limited to, Key Account Managers and Customer Experience Specialists.
Monitoring and control of information in internal systems.
Requirements for your success:
1-2 years minimum experience in similar functions.
Education related to Finance, Administration or Accounting.
Effective use of Excel and MS-Office.
Fluent level of French and English.
Effective handling of operating systems such as CRM and digital affinity.
Required skills:
Effective communication, mainly written.
Autonomy, structure and teamwork.
Multicultural thinking skills.
Information analysis.
Ability to work in different tasks and projects at once, meeting internal deadlines / SLAs.
