Job Purpose:
The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation and continuous development of the global marketing plan and strategy for Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions’ portfolio dedicated to DSO customers: Enterprise Specialty Workflows, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Services under the newly established brand, Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions. This includes the establishment of the solutions and services portfolio value proposition. The role reports to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy focused on enterprise customers. Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives to drive growth and market penetration. Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly. - Product Marketing and Storytelling:
Craft a compelling marketing story around product offerings tailored for enterprise audiences. Develop messaging frameworks that highlight product value propositions and differentiators. Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and impactful representation of products in all marketing materials. Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training assets to engage with dental professionals effectively. - Creative Campaign Development:
Lead the creation of innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Partner with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with enterprise customers. - Enterprise-Focused Lead Generation:
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating and nurturing enterprise leads. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through. - Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and regional marketing teams, to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution. Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify marketing efforts. - Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and inform future strategies. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or University degree (specialization in Marketing/Branding is an advantage).
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in a commercial setting with a major healthcare manufacturer/provider, focusing on strategic planning, storytelling (such as creating brand narratives or customer success stories), and lead generation.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in working in a matrix organization and in a global setup with a strong customer focus.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) are advantageous.
