The Global Delivery Lead will be part of the Omnichannel Platforms Operations Team and will be responsible for the country rollout and implementation of any Customer Engagement Omnichannel Platform functionality and initiatives such as web portals, mobile apps, and social media within the online and ecommerce domain. This person will work closely with colleagues across all Regions and Countries to lead and manage a range of business change and digital online Commercial Strategy adoption activities affecting both the efficient running of the organization and the delivery of key strategic objectives.

Major Accountabilities

  • The main responsibility is to own end to end the implementation of the new initiative and the roll-out of new functionalities across the online and ecommerce landscape.
  • Program manage roll-out of new omnichannel initiatives within the Customer Engagement area.
  • Act as internal owner and project manager to ensure cross-functional business partners involved can create a delivery plan against the business requirements.
  • Work closely with other Global Technology Teams (CRM, Data & Analytics, Development teams) and local teams to rollout new functionalities across the online platforms.
  • Plan, execute and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handover.
  • Participate in the Operations engagement activities with our local teams ensuring implementation adoption by education to key business users.
  • Establish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved and ensure adherence to the project compliance, quality and engineering standards.
  • Transparently communicate program issues to the team and other stakeholders as applicable, and follow-up with the right skill sets to put best solutions in place on time and within budget.
  • Ensure tasks remain on track, provide updates to business teams, and mitigate risks and delays.
  • Guide Client relevant processes by liaising with key Incyte contacts to facilitate approval (Data Privacy Assessment, Medical Legal Reviews).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Ideal Background:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology discipline, Online Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field. MBA in related fields is a plus.

Languages:

  • English proficiency, other languages are a plus.

Experience and Skills:

  • 8+ years experience leading online web and digital marketing operations activities.
  • Proven experience in big scale omnichannel projects in multinational companies.
  • Proven experience with content migration projects.
  • Extensive proven knowledge in Drupal (or similar CMS), de-couple architecture and design systems.
  • Experience with (large) Pharmaceutical/BioPharma/Life Sciences Projects will be considered.
  • Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Proactive, extroverted doer personality with a visionary mindset.
  • Competent appearance and hands-on mentality.
  • Organized, data driven and enthusiastic about digital transformation and have innovative ideas to drive it forward.
  • Willingness to travel.
