Job Description:

ByteDance, founded in 2012, aims to inspire creativity and enrich life. With various products including TikTok, Helo, and Resso, ByteDance connects people to create and consume content. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our OEM Partnerships team, focusing on strengthening B2B strategic partnerships with global OEM partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead engagements with top-tier OEM partners globally, creating differentiated ByteDance solution partnerships to accelerate customer business.
2. Accountable for ongoing relationships and future business growth, driving innovative business development engagements.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate, build, and manage comprehensive partnership and GTM agreements that drive mutual goals of business growth.
4. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with a strong customer orientation.
5. Work independently under little supervision in a demanding client-centric environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in high-tech business partnerships/user growth with OEM networks.
2. Work experience in mobile devices and technology companies.
3. Fluent in Korean and English.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Good communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Familiar with user growth strategies and methods of Internet companies.
