Requirements for the SOC internship

• Be between 18 and 30 years old
• Be registered as a jobseeker with the SOC
• University degree, intermediate or higher degree
• Have less than 3 months (90 days) of work experience associated with this qualification

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process and possible risks, adjusting to priorities and timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact between the creative agency / client and the production team.
• Delegate tasks to the production team, ensuring the necessary resources for its development.
• Monitor compliance with tasks and deadlines and successful delivery of final creatives.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Assist in the development of briefs.
• Ensure that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefing.
• Communicate with the agency’s executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Organizational skills
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of project management processes.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
• Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.

Conditions

• Possibility of a 9-month internship.
