Account Executive – Remote job

We are looking for demonstrated experience and a proven track record of year-over-year, high-performance results within the SaaS/Pharma industry that shows you can source, build, retain and grow long-lasting strategic relationships while developing solutions that exceed our client’s expectations. This position is responsible for proactively sourcing and managing both new and existing brands, driving new business opportunities as well as expanding existing strategic relationships within an assigned territory with a defined set of clients and prospects.

What You Will Do:

  1. Leverage relationships with product champions to expedite deals to close rate
  2. Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  3. Navigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple stakeholders
  4. Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts
  5. Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
  6. Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs
  7. Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
  8. Upsell and leverage business from established customer relationships
  9. Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  10. Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  11. Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of Account Executive experience in Technology or Pharma
  2. Direct SaaS/EdTech/Cloud selling experience
  3. Inbound sales experience
  4. Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  5. Excellence in presentation skills with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  6. Strong collaboration and relational skills
  7. A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork
  8. Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  9. Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
  10. BA/BS or equivalent experience

Location and Hours:

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role. The position can be remote (from home).
