Job Description:
We are looking for a German-speaking HR Talent Acquisition Trainee (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about working in dynamic tech environments and eager to enhance recruitment processes.
We are MRP with the mission to make up-scaling easier and fun for our innovative customers. MRP takes care of the growth of customers with full-circle Recruiting Outsourcing. We prioritize finding the perfect fit for our customers while focusing on excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Support our CEO & RPO: Assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects.
- Contribute: Communicate with customers and review applications. Learn how to create and deliver job ads.
- Collect, review and process: Business information, customer feedback and requests.
- Administration support: Join in reporting and controlling processes. Optimize our resources.
- Take part: In interviews, applicant communication and documentation.
- Solving problems: Collaborate with team members to develop new processes and optimize our service.
Qualifications:
- High Performer: You are under the Top 10% in your studies or other fields.
- Problem solver: You are solution-oriented with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Previous roles: You worked as an Intern in Project Management, Business Management or HR Management.
- Education: Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, International Communications or related fields.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2). French is a plus.
- Technical knowledge: You are interested in Tech and can handle applications like Jira, Confluence or HubSpot.
- Generalist: Highly organized, data-driven, and reliable, with a passion for analytics and ownership of your work.
Working hours: Flexible, regarding our interviews and meetings.
Work style: Proactive, highly organized with a focus on solutions.

Remote: Travel only for company get-togethers.
