About the Company :

Our mission is to drive business success by helping clients achieve their goals, and we're looking for a proactive and driven German-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Spain. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead Generation : Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in German-speaking markets through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.).
  2. Qualifying Leads : Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and assess potential fit with our offerings.
  3. Building Relationships : Establish strong and positive relationships with potential clients, gaining trust through professional communication and follow-ups.
  4. Appointment Setting : Schedule and manage meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  5. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  6. CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements :

  1. Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English.
  2. Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role (1-2 years preferred, but ambitious entry-level candidates are also welcome).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with prospects via phone, email, and video calls.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  5. Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  6. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not essential.
  7. A passion for sales, customer engagement, and developing new business opportunities.
