German Speaker Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential business clients for Google Ads and other Google Products.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored Google Ads and digital solutions.
• Work closely with account managers and sales executives to drive lead conversion.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and track interactions in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Google’s latest digital marketing solutions and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1 / C2 level) and proficient in English.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Interest in digital marketing and technology.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
