We are searching for exceptional individuals fluent in German who can be the friendly voice on the other end of the line or email, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and support. In this role, you'll go beyond answering questions — you'll create memorable customer experiences and deliver outstanding service with every interaction.

As part of our Sales team, you'll also have the opportunity to leverage your persuasive communication skills to sell our products and services, always keeping the customer's needs in mind.

Tasks

The responsibilities:

  1. Engage in sales conversations by actively listening to the needs and preferences of prospects.
  2. Provide accurate and relevant information about products that closely match the customers' needs, encouraging them to make a purchase decision themselves.
  3. Guide prospects through the subscription process, helping them transition to becoming customers.
  4. Explain all product specifics and subscription options clearly and concisely.

Customer & Administrative Support

  1. Provide support to potential and existing customers via phone, email and text message.
  2. Help customers manage their subscriptions in their personal portal.
  3. Assist with creating invoices, resolving invoice issues, changes to customer data, and addressing general questions.
  4. Help customers change their subscription payment details.
  5. Manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  6. Offer support when products need to be changed or swapped after the use of an AED.
  7. Assist with all logistics questions.
  8. Answer questions and assist customers regarding their orders.

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, utilizing strong soft skills.
  2. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  3. Document complaints and follow-up actions accurately to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements

Your profile:

  1. Native-level proficiency in German (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
  2. Previous experience in a sales and customer care role.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  5. Excellent soft skills for handling difficult conversations and building trust.
  6. Pro-active approach towards finding & sharing possible improvements regarding the experience of the prospect/customer.
  7. Strong communication skills for confidently interacting with customers.
  8. Master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  9. Ability to juggle tasks and pay attention to detail, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
  11. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
