What will you do?

• Actively search for and approach suitable candidates via various channels
• Conduct screenings and interviews
• Guide candidates through the application process
• Collaborate with our team to achieve the perfect match
• Build and maintain a strong candidate and client network

What do we expect from you?

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)
• Experience with BPO and Sales profiles is a big plus
• Available to work full-time or part-time with a results-driven focus
• Registered as a freelancer within Europe
• Driven, proactive, and 100% committed
• A true team player with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality
