Hey there! DKR's clients are expanding globally. We now service clients across 40 different countries. We are seeking Talent Hunters/Recruitment Partners based out of Croatia. If you're a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with our clients' needs, we want to hear from you today! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Dive into various channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt and attract top-notch candidates.
2. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
3. Work directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements.
4. Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
6. Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient in Croatian/German and English (spoken and written) - this is a non-negotiable.
2. Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri GMT in line with UK office.
3. Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting German language speakers (within Volume Tech/SaaS/BPO/iGaming).
4. Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections.
5. Stellar communication and people skills.
6. Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
7. Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
8. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
