German Account Manager - Malaga Spain

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: €21,000 annually with additional benefits totaling €3,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and long-term retention.
• Identify and address client needs, selling appropriate services to enhance customer engagement.
• Proactively manage a sales pipeline to achieve and surpass growth targets.
• Explore new business opportunities through various sources, including client referrals and related companies.
• Ensure delivery of premium value aligned with client goals for a positive experience and advocacy.
• Understand client challenges and opportunities to enhance relationships.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Native-level German and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in or with the German market.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach and a focus on exceeding targets.
• Creative thinker with a challenger mindset for identifying new business prospects.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients at different sales stages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to optimize performance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior executives.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and drive business growth.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to innovate.
