We are assisting our client in their search for a skilled, driven and strategic Vice President, Measurement to join their team.

JOB SUMMARY :
The Vice President (VP), Measurement holds strategic and operational responsibility for vision, strategic direction, and organizational mission for the measurement of programs and impact. The position reports to the Chief Program Officer and is part of the Leadership Team that drives overall strategy for the organization. The VP, Measurement, is accountable and responsible for conceiving of and leading cross-functional projects. They advise in strategic framing of the organization, represent the organization externally, assume budgetary responsibility, and lead priorities to reach organizational goals. They also have direct supervisory responsibilities and manage the Measurement Team.

COMPENSATION :
This position offers an initial salary of $124,000 along with robust benefits. The starting pay for this position is equal to others at the same level throughout the organization. Candidates whose experience meets both the minimum and preferred qualifications may be considered for a starting salary that exceeds the current amount. The role sits within our clients Level 7 salary band, and as such, has the potential to grow to $186,000 over time. FLSA Status : Exempt.
