Your Tasks

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the full recruiting cycle, including talent acquisition, interviews, contract negotiations, and hiring.
2. Onboarding & Integration: Develop onboarding programs to help new hires adapt to company culture and their roles effectively.
3. Performance & Time Management: Implement performance review processes and support the introduction of a new Time Management Tool.
4. Payroll Management & HR Administration: Coordinate monthly payroll, taxes, and personnel insurances with external providers.
5. HR Consulting & Compliance: Serve as a key advisor for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and liaising with the HR headquarter in Switzerland.
6. Occupational Safety & Development: Enforce health and safety policies, provide training, and support employee growth through development programs.

With this you convince us

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the industry sector.
2. Proven experience in leading HR projects, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, and managing complex HR projects across multiple departments.
3. Fluency in English C1 and Spanish C1 is required.
4. Ability to multitask and manage various HR tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively.
6. Highly motivated, self-organized, with excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and fostering a positive culture.
