GenO Tech CAM Cloud Support Specialist – Assurance (GenO-SC)

Join us as a GenO Cloud Specialist – Assurance team

This team of Cloud Customer Experience Support specialists plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive world-class support and service in their journey of Oracle Cloud Adoption.

What you will do :

1. In this role, you will work with enterprise customers helping them realize the value of cloud with Oracle Public Cloud.
2. You will be the main point of contact for all important pieces to ensure the Oracle magic happens: collaborating closely with various teams within the Oracle Ecosystem, including Technology Engineering, Product Management, Support, Cloud Operations, and Sales Operations.
3. Take ownership of solving escalations and issues, escalating internally when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
4. Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase cloud adoption, leveraging insights from service requests.

3. Some knowledge of cloud computing and IT Infrastructure would be necessary for a fast learning on the wide scope of the role.
