General Manager

While manufacturing is not part of this role, you'll have a dedicated local engineering team for technical support.

What We're Looking For:

1. A strong leader with a sales-driven mindset
2. Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Barcelona area
3. 5+ years of experience in automation (preferably machine tools, tooling, or automation solutions)
4. Fluent in English and Spanish

This is a strategic position with direct P&L responsibility, offering the chance to shape the future of automation in Iberia.
