Full Stack Engineer

To support this growth, we’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is not just an architect or reviewer, but someone hands-on, who actively writes high-quality code daily and thrives in solving real-world, high-scale problems from end to end. Experience working with the Shopify ecosystem and developing Shopify apps is essential , as it plays an increasingly important role in our technology stack and commercial expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Engineering

• Write clean, modular, and production-ready code across the stack using Vue.js / Nuxt.js and PHP / Symfony.
• Familiar with developing and maintaining custom Shopify apps, integrations, and API-based services to support our Shopify storefronts and partners.
• Own the implementation of key features and enhancements, from front end to backend and infrastructure.
• Participate directly in sprint planning, code reviews, architecture decisions, and daily development.

Frontend Development

• Translate designs into responsive, fast, and engaging interfaces with a focus on UX and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) in Nuxt.js to enhance SEO and performance.
• Work closely with design and product teams to ensure smooth user flows and polished UI components.
• Adapt and extend Shopify themes and Liquid templates where necessary.
• Build and optimize robust RESTful APIs to support dynamic front-end interactions and transactional flows.
• Work on data modeling, caching strategies, and performance tuning in MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Maintain a modular backend structure capable of handling high-traffic e-commerce operations.
• Integrate with Shopify’s Admin and Storefront APIs to support product sync, order management, and custom features.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront).
• Use Docker, Terraform, and CI / CD tools to ensure fast, reliable, and repeatable releases.
• Participate in infrastructure scaling and service monitoring to support international growth.

Security & Code Quality

• Apply security best practices across the stack — from API design to frontend validation and data handling.
• Implement and maintain testing (unit / integration / e2e) pipelines for frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with peers in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure technical excellence.
• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Share your knowledge and mentor junior developers, helping them grow and maintain strong development practices.

What You Bring :

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record writing production-grade code.
• Strong backend development experience in PHP, Symfony, and SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Proficient in AWS cloud services, Docker, CI / CD, and version control systems like Git.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with high-traffic, customer-facing applications.
• Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including experience developing custom apps, leveraging Shopify APIs, and working with Liquid templates and the Polaris design system.

Bonus Points :

• Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or event-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Previous work in e-commerce, gifting, or subscription platforms.
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Vuetify, or other design systems.
