About The Role
As a Fullstack Developer (Backend-Focused), you will be part of a high-performing engineering team building a new modular, multi-tenant Backoffice platform that will serve as a central control panel across our product ecosystem. You’ll work with a modern Laravel-based stack, tackle complex technical challenges, and play a key role in shaping a scalable and extensible architecture from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to build reusable modules, integrate with diverse APIs, and collaborate with a team that values clean code, ownership, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement backend systems using Laravel, following modern best practices.
2. Build interactive admin interfaces using Livewire and the TALL stack.
3. Consume and integrate external APIs to drive data for backoffice functionality.
4. Implement secure, scalable, multi-tenant architecture with role-based access control and feature toggling.
5. Collaborate on system architecture, modular design patterns, and internal developer documentation.
6. Create and maintain reusable components and services for consistent backoffice features (e.g., user management, wallets, risk tools).
7. Work closely with other developers, designers, and product owners in an agile environment.
8. Contribute to testing, deployment pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

1. 4+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack developer, ideally with strong Laravel expertise.
2. Solid experience working with the TALL stack or similar tools to build dynamic admin interfaces.
3. Proficient in modern PHP development and familiar with Laravel’s architecture, service containers, queues, and testing.
4. Comfortable writing clean, maintainable frontend code using Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, and Livewire.
5. Experience integrating external APIs, handling authentication, and building multi-tenant applications.
6. Able to work independently in a remote-first environment with a proactive mindset.
7. Strong understanding of security best practices, especially in admin/backoffice systems.
8. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
