Full Stack Developer, Creative Solutions Team

At BESTSELLER TECH, we are looking for a technical talent who can assist the project delivery of building and maintaining custom platforms, optimize our integrations and develop Large Language Models for our stakeholders.

As a Full Stack Developer, you play a crucial role as our team lead developer in developing and implementing new platforms supporting our stores and graphical users - globally. Maintenance of integrations to external parties and maintenance of custom solutions.

YOUR TEAM

You will support and work with a self-organizing and international high-performing agile team of 3 highly skilled cross-functional BESTSELLER TECH colleagues located in Denmark and Spain. The Creative Solutions team aims to be at the forefront of media innovation, by identifying the potential and improving traditional graphic solutions in BESTSELLER.

The focus of the team is on servicing the range of independent brands that are part of BESTSELLER, in a very dynamic and fast-paced working environment. Like many other industries, the fashion industry is moving towards digitalization. The BESTSELLER TECH Creative Solutions team has a key role in bridging, enabling, and servicing internal and external users.

YOUR JOB

You will be our team lead developer for machine learning models using LLMs from Google Vertex, Microsoft Azure Open-AI and leveraging Adobe FireFly API. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, you will follow a personalized onboarding program from Google, Microsoft and Adobe to become our team expert within Generative artificial intelligence projects. You will develop a strong understanding of brand use cases and business goals, as well as the ability to secure operations, train, and scale the machine learning models.

Your main responsibilities will be to assist the BESTSELLER TECH Creative Solutions team in:

• Development of new platforms supporting our stores and press - globally.
• Maintenance of integrations to external parties, like Creative Force.
• Maintenance of custom solutions and workflows, BestSign and APO.
• Understanding brands use cases and business goals to identify opportunities for utilizing machine learning models.
• Ensuring secure operations of the machine learning models.
• Training and scaling the machine learning models to improve their accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Communicating with brands to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improving their machine learning models.

YOUR PROFILE

As a person, you have a strong desire to learn and being curious. You are naturally interested in new technologies, and you enjoy working in a systems landscape with many moving parts and a focus on constantly delivering immediate value. You are always on the lookout for ways of bringing the business of our client forward.

You have experience and/or interest in taking responsibility for the full stack of your team's products and their lifecycle management. From coding the actual solution to talking directly to external technical teams and representatives - and anything in between such as quality assurance, deployment and release management.

Technical skills required

• +5 years of Full Stack .NET/C# developer experience.
• Cloud experience for common data science development tools (e.g. Google Cloud: BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Vertex AI Workbench or Microsoft Azure).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, physics, statistics or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Python data ecosystem including Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Solid SQL experience.
• Experience with designing, conducting, analysing, and interpreting experiments and investigations.
• Experience with external API´s and cost-optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of numerical optimisation techniques and ML algorithms.
• Interest in fundamentals of GenAI, LLM and Langchain.
• Good English skills both verbally and written.
