We are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator, to be based in Madrid. The company focuses on energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel administration and payroll management for over 200 employees in more than 6 countries.
- Labor compliance.
- Coordinate the Operations team (2 people) and vendors.
- Lead the design & implementation of company policies.
- Monitor HR systems & databases (turnover, recruitment, budget, workforce planning, employee development).
- Onboarding & Offboarding.
Required Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR Operations Area, with an international scope.
- Advanced English & Spanish level.
- Experience in creating new policies.
- Advanced level of Excel and reporting.
