We are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator, to be based in Madrid. The company focuses on energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Personnel administration and payroll management for over 200 employees in more than 6 countries.
  • Labor compliance.
  • Coordinate the Operations team (2 people) and vendors.
  • Lead the design & implementation of company policies.
  • Monitor HR systems & databases (turnover, recruitment, budget, workforce planning, employee development).
  • Onboarding & Offboarding.

Required Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR Operations Area, with an international scope.
  • Advanced English & Spanish level.
  • Experience in creating new policies.
  • Advanced level of Excel and reporting.
