You will act as a product specialist in a team, responsible for supporting our customers and end-user sales team and distributors as related to our Aftermarket offerings with the main target to increase our seal installed base and therefore our seal AM business.

Responsibilities:

1. Support of the defined clientele in the office
2. Technical and commercial customer visits
3. Technical trainings to clients
4. On-site troubleshooting, seal inspections & walkabouts
5. Start-up assistance support to clients when required
6. Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals
7. Pricing analysis calculation, if necessary, in cooperation with the relevant departments
8. Expected Travelling Time: 20-50%

Preferred Experience / Skills:

1. Engineering Degree background. Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2. Working Experience: 2-3 Years of experience.
3. Work experience in Rotating Equipment and/or Mechanical Seals is a must.
4. Experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role.
5. Mandatory fluent in English and local language.
6. Good communication skills
7. Strong technician acumen and analytical thinking.
