As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service through chat, email, and phone support.
  • Assisting users by troubleshooting platform issues and providing solutions.
  • Educating users on platform features to maximize their website potential.
  • Collaborating with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Keeping up-to-date with new program features to offer accurate assistance.
  • Gathering and sharing user feedback to enhance the overall experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in both French (spoken and written) and English (B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when assisting users.
  • Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
