Job Title: Freelancer Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelancer Recruiter to join our team. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe. You must be registered as a freelancer and have a proven track record in recruiting for roles in sales, customer support, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your LinkedIn Recruiter license and experience with CV library platforms to source, screen, and recruit top talent.
2. Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for candidate sourcing, adding value to our recruitment processes.
3. Effectively sell job opportunities to candidates, showcasing strength in customer service and multitasking.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates persuasively.
5. Be adept at working independently and managing your workflow in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in German, Dutch, or any of the Nordic languages is a strong plus.
2. Proven experience in freelance recruiting, with a focus on sales, customer support, and technical support profiles.
3. Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
