Your Role:

1. Engage in the sourcing, screening, and placing of top English-speaking candidates for our clients
2. Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates while maintaining a supportive relationship
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique hiring requirements and culture
4. Manage multiple recruitment projects while ensuring timely placements
5. Utilize various platforms to enhance candidate outreach and network effectively

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
2. Proven track record in recruitment, ideally in a freelance or agency setting
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement
4. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
7. A strong understanding of various roles and industries is advantageous
