Account Director - Freelancer

LOCATION: Felip II 108, Barcelona. Hybrid remote

About the role:

As a Freelance Account Director, your main focus will be the strategic leadership of high-level account management, as part of the international accounts team.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Manage daily contact with a specific portfolio of high-profile healthcare brands, in internal and external contact. Understanding of both strategic thinking and project execution, and the ability to switch quickly between the two. Transmission of ideas and information in an efficient, clear, and concise manner, verbally and in writing, in individual and group situations.
  2. Commercial: Responsible for the monthly income objectives of its client portfolio and for contributing to the annual profitability of the agency.
  3. Agency: Comprehensive and integrated member of the international client services team.

Skills & Requirements:

  1. High emotional intelligence, adaptation of communication for different audiences and cultures.
  2. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  3. Understanding of the business side of an agency and the business model: 7+ years of experience in account management.
  4. Knowledge of the healthcare sector and experience in leading pharmaceutical accounts.
  5. Possibility to work as a freelancer.
