Your Purpose: The fraud strategy team is responsible for developing initiatives and relationships to safeguard Bitso users and help the company not only to make crypto useful, but also safe. This team analyzes new fraud trends, assesses their impact and plans preventive measures that are scalable and robust. The Process and Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for looking for improvements on processes that involve fraud prevention throughout the organization, ensuring excellent alignment with stakeholders and the leadership team. Additionally, this person will own the fraud risk management and controls, and will be the point of contact in the relationship with regulators and partners.
