The Franchise Expansion Manager will be responsible for leading and executing SmartRental Group's franchise growth strategy by identifying business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the proper implementation of the franchise model. Their mission will be to expand the presence of our brands in new markets while ensuring compliance with the company's quality and operational standards.

What will you do?

  1. Develop and implement the franchise expansion strategy in line with SmartRental Group's growth objectives.
  2. Identify market opportunities and evaluate potential franchisees through feasibility studies and financial analysis.
  3. Negotiate commercial agreements with franchisees and property owners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  4. Coordinate the negotiation and opening process of the franchise model, ensuring compliance with the company's standards.
  5. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with investors, operators, and other key industry players.
  6. Manage the pipeline of new openings and provide regular progress and results reports.
  7. Ensure proper training and support for franchisees in terms of operations, management, and brand compliance.
  8. Supervise the franchise model and propose continuous improvements to optimize its profitability and efficiency.

What do we look for?

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, expansion, or real estate, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  3. Knowledge of the hotel/real estate market and franchise business models.
  4. Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and project management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  6. Willingness to travel frequently.
  7. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages will be a plus.
