Responsibilities

1. Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights
2. Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
3. Perform pre-flight safety checks and assist with boarding procedures
4. Provide in-flight service, including food and beverage distribution
5. Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and requests
6. Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
7. Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
5. Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
6. Willingness to undergo training provided by the airline
7. Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations gracefully
