ALTER TECHNOLOGY is looking for a GIS-Specialist to join DMT Engineering Surveying GmbH team in Barcelona.

This is what you can expect:

• Record and maintain digital network documentation in GIS (Smallworld, ArcGIS, QGIS, sisNET).
• Actively support the improvement of workflows in network documentation.
• Work with various GIS systems.
• Check the quality of digital network data, independently and with the help of an automated tool.
• Work closely in a team with other locations.
• Regularly participate in training sessions and workshops.

This is what we expect:

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Education: Completed vocational training or technician in the field of surveying, draftsperson, or comparable qualification.

SKILLS:

• Good understanding of GIS and CAD systems is required.
• Knowledge of digital pipeline documentation for the various utility sectors, in particular electricity, gas and communications, would be an advantage.
• Team and communication skills and customer-oriented work, also in English or German round off your profile.
