On this occasion, our client is a Financial Agency company partnering with Investment Funds, in a growing and transformation challenge period.

We are looking for an experienced financial professional whose mission will be to contribute to the development of financial statuary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee the financial statements of investment vehicles.
2. Cash flow management, with working capital optimization and treasury forecasting.
3. Participate in audits and maintain direct relationships with auditors.
4. Manage the banking pool through cash pooling, both nationally and internationally.
5. Prepare financial reports and identify and implement optimization opportunities.
6. Direct relationships with stakeholders.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
2. Strong technical skills in accounting.
3. Computer tools: MS Office, advanced Excel.
4. Languages: Spanish, English B2-C1.
5. Personal skills: proactive, independent, organized, client-oriented, and decision-making skills.
6. Significant experience in Treasury and Audits, with an emphasis on M&A.
