Financial Systems Analyst

Overview
The Financial Systems Analyst I reports to the Manager of Financial Systems of the Information System Department of Riverside Health System. The analyst supports a variety of financial applications on multiple platforms. Job duties may include managing projects, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, data manipulation, programming, maintaining application tables, developing and executing test plans, and documentation.

What you will do

• Assist in financial system audits and maintenance of controls and documentation for compliance
• Ensure all the implemented software, including modifications, are tested and signed off by the customer, communicated to all affected, and carried through to implementation, minimizing problems and delays
• Gather and document functional and technical report requirements and translate requirements into reporting solutions
• Create new and maintain existing Workday security roles. Evaluate and manage relationship between security roles, business process definitions, and data objects.
• Collaborate with end users on configuring and implementing new features and system changes
• Maintain trouble ticketing system for Financial team tickets ensuring tickets are responded to in a timely manner

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
• Bachelors Degree, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology or Other Related Field (Preferred)

Experience

• 1 year experience with enterprise systems (such as Workday, Kronos, Hyland OnBase). (Preferred)
• Salesforce experience (Highly Desired)
• 1 year Technical experience with Relational databases, SQL, SQLPlus, Access, Excel, Word, Unix, Java, scripting languages, Crystal reporting, Python, JSON, Oracle database administration. (Preferred)
