Financial Management Manager - Finance (Openbank)

Mission and Responsibilities:

As a Financial Management Manager, you will develop ALCO capabilities in Openbank Spain according to the new financial structure. The main tasks of this position will be the following:

1. Develop Financial Management department in Openbank Spain.
2. Analysis and management of Liquidity and Interest rate risk in Openbank Spain.
3. Coordination of Openbank ALCO.
4. Treasury Financial Planning and collaboration in PXX processes.
5. Development, Maintenance and back testing of policies, procedures, methodologies, hedgings, etc.
6. Collaboration with Market Risk Department.
7. Management of capital efficiency.
8. ILAAP.
9. Manage projects such as the implementation of ONE ALM tool in Openbank Spain and the Maintenance of current Openbank's financial planning tool.
10. In terms of Pricing: Maintenance of transfer pricing policies and analysis and validation of commercial products pricing changes.

To be successful in the role you must have:

1. +8 years of experience in a similar role.
2. University or Master’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
3. MBA in Finance or CFA will be nice to have.
4. Liquidity and Interest rate management tools.
5. Financial Planning Tools.
6. Business intelligence tools.
7. Treasury Management products Accounting.
8. High level of English is required.
