Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the accounting and financial records of SPVs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local GAAP (e.g., Spanish GAAP) and IFRS.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts for SPVs.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and financial instruments.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant tax filings.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting for stakeholders, investors, and management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial due diligence for transactions involving SPVs.
• Improve and optimize financial processes related to SPV management and work closely with legal, tax, and investment teams to ensure proper SPV structuring and compliance.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish; any additional language is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting SPVs in Spain and experience working with Finance structures.
