At Outpayce, we're looking to hire Finance Operations Senior Specialists.

You will collaborate with the Head of Finance Operations to ensure the accurate flow of funds and data for Outpayce’s regulated payment services. You will ensure that our operations comply with regulatory obligations and will assist in generating reports to demonstrate compliance to the Regulator and payment schemes. You will analyze, process, and monitor transaction disputes and collaborate with Customer Care colleagues on transactional queries.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Safeguard Customer Funds and reconcile client accounts.

  • Ensure that settlement obligations to the payment network are met.

  • Process and monitor issues with both Mastercard and Visa and investigate and resolve rejected transactions.

  • Develop expertise in card payments to assist with queries.

  • Ensure the continued operation in times of crisis, such as when suppliers are unavailable.

About the ideal candidate

  • You’ll have experience or transferable skills in the Payments and/or Finance Industries and working in a regulated environment.

  • You’ll have excellent knowledge and experience of reconciliations and chargebacks.

  • You’ll be able to analyze data to explain complex issues simply and to influence stakeholders.

  • You can maintain composure in challenging situations, meet important deadlines, and work collaboratively with other teams.
