Reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Support Manager, the Finance & Operations Assistant is responsible for operations, administrative and finance fields (invoicing and administrative support, reporting, consolidation for Bodega Numanthia actual and forecast financial statements), being the main point of contact with the back office of MH España. In collaboration with the operational team, the Finance & Operations Assistant contributes to forecast processes, stock management, and production planning.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Administration (20%):
- Supports month-end close.
- Processes invoices (including grape purchases) and monitors expenditures.
- Manages bulk/barrel sales.
- Assists with CAPEX requests and inventory counts.
Procurement (15%):- Manages supplier creation in SAP Ariba.
- Oversees purchase orders.
- Handles office supply procurement.
Demand Planning & Logistics (15%):- Manages stock in markets and coordinates vintage allocations.
- Oversees shipment planning.
- Manages required documentation.
Financial Reporting & Controlling (15%):- Reports actuals in tool.
- Analyzes P&L data and supports costing analysis.
- Participates in monthly KPI presentations.
Winery Stock Control (10%):- Manages daily stock control, performs reconciliations, and prepares for audits.
- Oversees free bottle stock and reporting with SAP, POS, and production software.
Budgeting & Strategic Planning (10%):- Collaborates on budget forecasting, consolidates data.
- Incorporates budget figures into the supply chain strategy.
Reception & Administration (10%):- Manages reception duties, handles incoming calls, oversees security procedures, and manages courier/postage services.
Internal Control & IT (5%):- Contributes to internal control assessments and supports audits.
- Participates in software improvement initiatives.

Education: Holds a degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling.
Languages: Spanish and English mandatory. French is a plus.
Professional experience & know-how: 2+ years professional experience.
