Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective cost accounting systems
• Establish and maintain cost management reporting mechanisms
• Provide detailed cost analysis reports regularly
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvements
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Organize and supervise daily accounting operations
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tax filings
• Evaluate existing financial processes and propose optimizations
• Actively participate in and support the implementation and optimization of the company's ERP system
• Develop and refine financial policies and procedures

Financial Budgeting and Reporting:

• Responsible for preparing annual financial budgets and periodic financial reports
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Develop and execute cash flow planning to ensure effective use of company funds

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure company compliance with local Argentine financial regulations and accounting standards
• Identify and manage financial risks, developing appropriate risk control measures
