Finance Director

For a branch of a multinational Company, I'm looking for an experienced Finance Director who will have the responsibility of the Finance local team reporting to the GM and to the Group CFO.

The candidate will be part of the Finance team and have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the Company.
• Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
• Support the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Support the Accounting Centre in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
• Support the Accounting Centre in their interactions with the external and internal auditors.
• Provide leadership to the finance department team.
• Engage with senior management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
• Oversee the financial strategy and budgeting process of the organisation.
• Manage the company's financial planning and risk management.
• Support global financial teams in preparing, analysing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
• Lead and manage the finance team.
• Oversee the management of company investments.

Requisiti: Financial management and accounting as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director or similar role; Strong understanding of financial law and financial risk management; Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods; Ability to strategize and solve problems; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers; In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and company practices; Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting; Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software; A certified public accountant (CPA) qualification is desirable but not essential; BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
