Job Description:

What you´ll get to do

1. Ongoing maintenance of consolidation process and the external data integration in our Consolidations tools (SAP Group Reporting, SAP Data Collection).
2. Monthly update and review the quality of the consolidated analytical data.
3. Support Puig Divisions and Corporate Team in developing a continuous improvement culture implementing best practices, providing functional & technical support, and ensuring the accurate Group consolidated numbers.
4. To assure and coordinate the proper Divisions and Corporate reporting (Actual, Budget, …) into the corporate tools (S/4 HANA, GR, MIS) for the period end closings and Budgeting processes.
5. Strategic and Operational link with IT, Finance, Controlling, Corporate and External Analytics to optimize Puig’s Financial Data Management.
6. Working as one team with Finance Business Unit Area, to prepare reporting, analysis and collect new requirements of analysis to implement. Translate these requirements into initiatives to be developed with support of IT Teams.
7. To collaborate closely within IT department, Analytics and Finance Units Areas (Controlling + Accounting + Corporate) and external consultants in ad-hoc projects related to the analytical models and define metrics (KPIs) to measure the Business.

We´d love to meet you if you have

1. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance. He / She has a minimum of 8 years’ in consolidation tools. As such, fluency in Spanish and English is compulsory.
2. Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail to review large amounts of data.
3. Extensive technical knowledge about SAP's services.
