As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading and directing the overall financial processes across the Operation Area including financial planning, budgeting estimates, developing short / long term functions goals, supporting accounting practices, structuring payables, credit and control activities.
You will report to IBA FP&A Lead and functionally to OA Lead, being a valuable and important partner for the area organization and the functional partners.
Responsibilities :
- Supervising and developing all finance activities of OA including subsidiary, in particular :
- Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting
- Business Advisory and analytics
- Actual reporting & analysis
- Asset Management
- Supporting the business to achieve the results
- Supporting transformation in the area
- Leads estimation and pricing committee
- Support Internal and external financial and tax audits (in the case of subsidiary).
- Providing guidance and advice related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different functions identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
- Nurturing talent within the organization by providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of their defined goals.
To be successful in this role you will :
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Possess minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations in a construction / engineering organization.
- Have a solid experience in ERP systems.
- Have successfully managed people to a high level of engagement.
- Be able to develop communication strategies, resolve conflicts and manage divergent audience perspectives.
