Position Description

We are currently looking for a Field Service Team Leader to join our Iberia team.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Coaching the Field Service team: technical and non-technical training plan, efficiency monitoring, measure performance on key service KPIs.
  2. Follow-up of Key Service Metrics: Service Level Agreement %, and Service Utilization.
  3. Close work with other Service teams (Tech Service, Dispatch, Service Admin, GPS, GSS) to address pressing customer and Service issues.
  4. Close work with Iberia Sales team (Account managers, Sales Application Specialists) to support the business and achieve Service revenue target.
  5. Review and Adapt the Service strategy for the Iberia Commercial Partners.

Position Requirements

  1. Mechanical / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering degree. Molecular biology knowledge is a plus.
  2. Automation experience or service experience.
  3. Minimum IT / Network knowledge required.
  4. Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment.

Personal Requirements:

  1. Excellent written and verbal Spanish language communication skills.
  2. Professional level of English language, written and verbal.
  3. Medium travel required (30%).
  4. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, nationally and internationally.
  5. Ability to lift up to 25kgs.
