HUGO BOSS is seeking a visual merchandising to join our team, located in "El Corte Inglés" Castellana Madrid.

• 20 hours per week.
• From Monday to Wednesday.
• Immediate incorporation.
• Permanent contract.
• Experience as VM.
• English B2-C1.
• Experience in ECI, retail business.

What you can expect:

• In your role as VM in Store, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring that all operational procedures are managed commercially to guarantee the highest level and efficient delivery of the customer experience.
• Responsible for implementing windows and in-store installations according to corporate standards and timelines.
• Partner with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to plan and implement floor moves.
• Participate in periodic training to develop and conduct visual merchandising training sessions for team members.
• Provide continuous feedback to the visual merchandising team on how local markets compare to other retailers.
• Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar position where the ability as a Visual Merchandiser has been demonstrated, preferably in a premium fashion retail environment.
• Willingness to constantly learn & develop and experience in training team members.
• Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
