Main responsibilities

• Customer relationship. Maintain and develop solid relations with existing customer, fashion brands, suppliers and retailers, understanding their needs to provide forwarding and logistics solutions (ex. Time sensitive services, value added services, etc. ).
• New business opportunities identification for company growth and customer SCM optimization (lead times, cost efficiency, etc. ).
• Keep updated knowledge of market and industry trends, international regulations, competitor activity, SCM tendencies and specific requirements for fashion sector.
• Boost up, internal coordination and support to operations, sales and customer service, ensuring the good execution of fashion shipments in terms of service and quality. Coordination and alignment with Fashion Vertical Market at Global Headquarter level.
• Data analysis and internal regular reports.

Required profile

• Job experience in the Air&Sea Forwarding and Logistics solutions, in similar position or with commercial activity function (5 years).
• Commercial mind-set, deep knowledge of fashion market and associated SCM specifications.
• Skills and capacity to influence and mobilize company resources and people.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional language will be a plus (Italian, preferably).
• Job place in Valencia, with availability for business trips in&out Spain.
