Our patented decking innovations are transforming outdoor flooring, and we are now looking for a dynamic and proactive Export Department Coordinator to be a key player in our global operations.

Responsibilities:
- International Trade Coordination: Manage and oversee global trade administration, ensuring order processing and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients in around 50 countries, providing top-tier customer service and proactive communication.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Oversight: Coordinate with warehouses and factories in Spain and China, ensuring timely production, shipments, and deliveries.
- Order & Payment Processing: Monitor order progress, production schedules, and payment flows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in ERP systems (Navision is a plus).
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges related to order fulfillment, logistics, or client requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Experienced in International Trade & Logistics – Minimum of 5 years in export operations, international trade administration, or a similar role.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You excel at multitasking, tracking multiple orders, and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Excellent Communicator – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with international clients and internal teams.
- Tech-Savvy & ERP-Proficient – Experience with ERP systems (Navision preferred), strong knowledge of Incoterms, and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
- Language Skills – High proficiency in English (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.
- Energetic & Enthusiastic – A positive and proactive attitude, ready to take ownership and work closely with export department key members to drive success.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
